Help for tenants

Storvio is passwordless. Enter your email on the sign-in page and we'll send you a one-time link — no password to remember. The link works only for the email your facility has on file.

Your rent is charged automatically each month to the card on file. You can see your invoices and payment history under Invoices. If a payment fails, you'll get an email — update your card and it'll retry.

Add or update your card under Payment method. Your card details are handled securely by Stripe — Storvio never stores your full card number.

The lease you signed at checkout is available under Leases, where you can download a copy any time.

If your facility uses an integrated gate, your access is provisioned automatically once you're set up, and is suspended if your account falls past due. Access details show on your dashboard.

For anything about your unit, billing, move-out, or gate access, contact your facility owner directly — they manage your account and can help fastest. Their contact details are on your account page and your invoices.
